As part of their office relocation, Bayport Finance entrusted office fit-out company Spacio to co-ordinate and design their brand new London office. Requiring state-of-the-art video conferencing and control systems across their space, we designed a unique solution that fulfils their every day needs.
Between the boardroom, two video conferencing rooms, CEO offices and Cafeteria area, Bayport had specifications for dual-screen video conferencing across their meeting spaces; which we supplied in the form of high-end Samsung displays.
Their main boardroom features a Kramer control system that integrates the control of their dual-screen video conferencing system, stunning HD projector, electric screen and surround sound.
Supplying Polycom video conferencing units for their meeting spaces will allow Bayport Finance to effortlessly collaborate with their colleagues throughout the World.
The addition of wireless presentation gateways in all meeting spaces gives users the ability to wirelessly stream their content from any device (BYOD) during presentations and meetings.
Relocating several of their existing screens to their new site, we also added a 100” ceiling recessed electric screen that was fully controllable from their wall controller for ultimate ease of use.
