Month in Review (September 2016)

September saw our Engineering team throughout the UK, Belgium and Ireland in a variety of installations and projects.

Highlights

  • After starting an on-going installation alongside prime contractor Kingly Developments in August, we returned to complete the project at Hyperoptic’s London office in early September, allowing other site works to be carried out between site installations.
  • We visited our valued client Kronos at their Belgium office for the installation of an effortless Polycom video conferencing and dual display solution.
  • In preparation for their office move, we un-installed a client’s video conferencing system and will re-install it for them when they have made the move into their new premises.

Feedback Received

Charity SafeLives commissioned TENav to install a mobile video conferencing system and we received rewarding feedback after supporting the work they do by offering free installation.

“After looking for a large screen smart TV, web conferencing and sound bar very last minute, TENav replied almost immediately with a quote much cheaper than anywhere else and free installation as we were a charity.

Anytime I called, they were immediately available and helpful and has the entire process (quote, order and set up in house) within a week. The installation guys were incredibly helpful and lovely and were able to explain how everything worked brilliantly.

Due to my own stupidity I was unable to connect a laptop the following morning for a training course that was due to start any minute and had to call Richard on the mobile before opening hours. He was patient, knowledgeable and able to walk me through the set up despite my own pre-coffee haze.

Cannot recommend these guys enough!”
