TEN Audio Visual has 3 fully equipped video meeting rooms for hire in Guildford complete with data and document sharing capabilities. We can also arrange for the hire of video conferencing enabled rooms throughout the UK and abroad; just call us with your preferred location or postal/zip code and we will take care of the rest including all paperwork. Room hire is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and starts from as little as £130 per hour including refreshments, ample free parking and gourmet catering facilities (which are available at an additional cost). All you need to do is arrive on time and conduct your meeting.
If you would rather host the video meeting at your own premises, we have portable rental equipment that will be installed by a qualified engineer and you will receive full training on the operation of the equipment.
