TEN Audio Visual recognises that every business is different and that your requirements for service and maintenance at each installation can vary accordingly. We therefore offer three levels of service, or can tailor a bespoke solution to suit your audio and video conferencing needs precisely:

Premier Service Package

  • 8 hour callout on equipment
  • An engineer within 8 working hours including fast response for mission critical installations
  • Hot Swap (New for Old) on all equipment failures
  • 8.00 – 6.30 help desk support
  • Annual preventative maintenance visit

Standard Service Package

  • 48 hour callout on equipment
  • Fast response for mission critical installations
  • Hot Swap (loan replacement) on all equipment failures.
  • 8.00 - 6.30 callout and help desk support

Basic Service Package

  • 8.00 - 6.30 help desk support
  • Engineer assisted remote installation of replacement parts

What will it cost?

The cost of any service agreement will depend on the equipment that TenAV will be maintaining. If we have not supplied the equipment we will conduct an equipment audit. TenAV will therefore provide a FREE on-site health check for your equipment and video conferencing installation. Remember no contract is too big or small and we can work with you to tailor a package to meet your needs.
