Global Paper Merchant (European) Head Office
For the past 10 years TEN Audio Visual have been trusted by many prime contractors to deliver presentation and conferencing facilities into new buildings and office refurbishments. The challenge on this occasion was to deliver hesitation communications facilities into the new offices of a leading global paper merchant who links to their suppliers and customers through global network of locally focused operating companies. High-end, unobtrusive and technically able facilities required that are simple to use.
The boardroom was the first challenge which required complete flexibility from users perspective to deliver context material. The design specification had to be clean and aesthetically pleasing was allowing collectivity from anywhere in the room.
By using advanced switching and control techniques, table recessed conectivity and unobtrusive projection we delivered a solution that complemented the room rather than dominating it.
Conferencing facilities were provided in meeting rooms and will based on LifeSize high-definition video communications systems. Again installation had to be aesthetically pleasing and professional in appearance.
Finally, audio was provided throughout the working environment (both internally and externally) and digital signage was provided in public areas.
