For their new London head office, they needed 25 meeting rooms, 12 collaboration spaces, and a town hall which we delivered in a record two weeks of install time. This included a Saturday where our office team stepped in to help the engineers out by installing 264 GoBright BV desk booking systems to make sure the job was completed on time. At TenAV we work as one, and this project truly was a #TeamTen effort.
The breath-taking views of the Thames juxtapose with the sleek and modern design of AVENIR’s space, complimented by their chosen AV equipment. Flat screen displays blend seamlessly with the meeting rooms, creating collaboration spaces that are easy to use and beautiful to look at. The whole office has been created with the highest specification, and the finished product is truly an art form of office interiors.
AVENIR chose a mixture of Microsoft Teams Rooms and BYOD spaces so their employees and their guests can effortlessly join meetings, collaborate, and make important decisions without being held back by technology. Their choice of room and desk booking systems allow a clear visual representation of which areas are available for use, and which are already occupied. Creating a coherent and ordered workplace where their staff can feel productive, and safe.
Although this project was a challenge for all of us (with complex room configurations, lots of client liaising, a wide range of different audio and visual products to program and install, and lots of moving parts) it was one that we really enjoyed and we’re extremely proud of.
