Edif ERA are a global engineering consultancy across a wide range of critical sectors including defence, safety and power. They commissioned Ten Audio Visual to create a high-specification meeting room for their board and client meetings.
With 20 offices around the Globe, keeping up fluent and effective communication was often a challenge, however absolutely vital for employees of all levels across the company. Edif ERA required a solely-purposed training and conferencing room that staff could use to interact with their colleagues and clients both within the UK and across continents. Frequent users of this room includes their senior team and the CEO and COO of the Edif Group.
With Engineers and Consultants frequently working abroad whilst co-workers worked from their laboratory in Leatherhead, communication was critical in delivering on projects for their clients. We were commissioned to fit out a fully-functioning conference room for up to 20 employees or clients in their Head Office.
In achieving Edif ERA’s requirements, we fitted their simple-to-use conferencing system based around a 75” LED screen, control system and scaling presentation switcher.
Our design allows staff to use both wireless and wired devices to stream their visual content to the main screen, or to data-share during video meetings, in an intuitive environment which is easy to use, flexible and reliable.
