Video Conferencing Project - March 2018
London-based executive search firm Blackwood Group are renowned for their reputation in head-hunting highly qualified individuals to suit their client’s brief.
Looking for an all-in-one video conferencing solution to allow them to meet with client and candidates across the World, Blackwood Group wanted to reduce time spent in meetings by utilising a simple to use software in their meeting spaces.
Designing a Mac Mini hardware solution, we installed a solution with a PTZ camera and iPad room controller, which allows Blackwood to share content, and arrange and start calls direct from the room’s iPad, all with the Zoom Room application.
Installing multiple microphones across the table, every corner of the room can be heard clearly whilst on a Zoom call, which helps to facilitate panel interviews between their clients and candidates, so no communication is lost.
Blackwood are able to share content wirelessly from their own device, whether that be a laptop, tablet or mobile device; at the touch of a button with Zoom’s automatic wireless pairing, leaving little requirement for wired inputs.
