Case Study: Jazz Pharmaceuticals
Office Fit-Out - November 2014
Focused on improved patients’ lives, Jazz Pharmaceuticals is an Ireland-based pharmaceutical company which specialises in identifying, developing and commercialising products that address unmet medical needs.
A rapidly growing company, Jazz Pharmaceuticals sought more organised and user-friendly meeting spaces for their Oxford office, requiring a seamless solution that allows their IT team to easily manage their AV and IT infrastructure.
Fitting our their reception area, boardroom, numerous large meeting rooms, kitchen and several breakout rooms, we designed and installed a seamless solution that provides Jazz with a more efficient and happy working environment.
Combining powerful Crestron control systems with HD NEC displays, their meeting rooms are easily controlled from their wireless iPad control panels. Jazz were one of the early adopters of ceiling mounted beamforming microphone arrays from ClearOne. These microphones are hidden in the ceiling and use phased array technology to form an audio beam pointed directly at the current speaker/presenter; the larger meeting rooms now benefit from fluent yet discreet sound balance when video and audio conferencing.
Installing Samsung MagicInfo digital signage solutions to their reception area, their foyer is now welcoming and displays intuitive information such as the local traffic conditions towards the end of the working day.
Following final commissioning and handover of the AV systems, Jazz have benefited from both fully user training and our technology adoption programme. The AV estate is supported and maintained by TENav Service Engineers providing both planned and re-active onsite servicing and fault diagnosis.
With clearly defined Service Level Agreements (SLA), Jazz can be confident in years of reliable use from this technology investment, whilst knowing the full cost of ownership from the outset.
