Case Study: Axis Communications
Office Relocation - December 2016
The market leader in network video, Axis Communications invented the World’s first network camera in 1996. Spanning 179 countries with their 80,000 partners, Axis have a global network and reach and are a creator of many industry firsts.
As part of their office relocation, Axis Communications required a complete office fit-out and a variety of AV requirements across their brand new office. Commissioned by Workspace Interiors, we were delighted to be asked to design, supply and install all of the audio visual solutions for Axis.
With four meeting rooms (two of which combine to become a large seminar room), a training centre and an open area demo suite, we rose to the challenge to install a comprehensive solution that would allow Axis to work smarter on a daily basis.
Including the stunning Evoko Liso Room Manager booking system in all of their meeting rooms, the team at Axis are able to effortlessly books rooms and manage their space effectively with full Office integration. Using Kramer RC-74DL wall control panels and iPad K-Touch controls, each room can be controlled by it’s wall panel or wireless iPad; allowing complete flexibility and user-friendliness throughout all of their spaces.
The addition of Barco ClickShare in all four meeting spaces gives users the ability to wirelessly share their device at the click of a button.
Relocating several of their existing screens to their new site, we also added HD projectors and 2.3m wide ceiling recessed electric screens that are fully integrated with the control systems for ultimate ease of use. Their overall solution gives Axis the power to work in the most efficient way possible across all of their spaces.
