We will never pass on your details to anyone outside of TEN Audio Visual unless we have permission from you to do so (for example, to a supplier when purchasing a maintenance/assurance product for you). We take responsible measures to ensure that your information is secured within our business by putting in place appropriate procedures to safeguard your sensitive information. 

This information is collected so that we can provide an excellent service to you, as well as for internal record keeping. We may also use information you give us to improve our services, products or marketing. We currently do not send promotional emails, however from time to time, we may use your information to contact you to obtain feedback about our products and services.
