Moving their offices to Shoreditch, Ebiquity required video conferencing and room booking solutions across their four floor office. Looking for a seamless, reliable and attractive AV solution, we worked alongside Ebiquity's design and IT teams to design a stunning and future-proof UC solution, preparing with the upcoming release of Zoom Voice.
With their boardroom being the decision-critical hub of the business, we designed a ceiling microphone and speaker solution to work within their stunningly designed office design. We needed an aesthetically minimalist look in an acoustically challenged environment, using phased-array beamforming microphones and advanced digital sound processors; removing all clutter from the tabletop and providing a one-touch solution high end experience of sound and vision.
Throughout the 20 meeting space office, we deployed minimalist Zoom Rooms to ensure consistency and efficiency across all spaces; with Zoom's calendar-integrated room booking solution with way-finding to find the closest meeting space.
